Terms and Conditions of Booking

Payment terms

Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of the appropriate payment (or fixed proof of transfer there of)

Where bookings are for a period of more than one week and are made more than 4 weeks in advance, a deposit of 50% is payable at the time of booking. Bookings for one week in duration, or less than 4 weeks in advance are payable in full at the time of booking.

The final payment (where applicable) must be paid 4 weeks before commencement of the rental plus the security deposit. If it is not paid on time we reserve the right to cancel the booking, retain the deposit and apply cancellation charges as described below. The security deposit will be paid back in full if a cancellation occurs

Key/Security deposit

A security deposit is required of £100.00.We reserve the right to deduct any related charges from this deposit if items are broken or need to be replaced or for extra cleaning if the property is left in an unreasonable state. Otherwise the deposit will be refunded in full after the rental.

We ask that you leave 60 Euros (cash) when you leave the property to cover the cost of the cleaning. (If this is forgotten for whatever reason, the amount will be deducted from your deposit).

Cancellation / Amendments

If you wish to alter or amend a booking, we will do our best to comply with this request. However changes of rental dates which we are not able to accommodate maybe subject to the cancellation charges.

Any cancellation must be notified to us in writing (this includes email) by the person who contracted the rental. If such notification is received more than 28 days before the rental commencement date. Only the deposit will be retained. Otherwise the following charges can be applied. Which are based on the expenses and charges suffered by us as a result of the cancellation:

21-28 days before - 60%

15-21-days before - 75%

14 days or less -100%

Contract

If making a booking a binding contract will come in to place on confirmation of a booking by email or writing. Your contract will be governed by Spanish law and subject to the jurisdiction of Spanish courts of law. The contract is made between the owners of the rental and the named person on the correspondence or confirmation of booking, which must be by a person over the age of 18 and who is deemed responsible for informing all members of all the party that use the rental.

Complaints

We do not wish to have dissatisfied customers, but in the event that you are not entirely satisfied with the accommodation. You should contact us ASAP, which will give us the opportunity to put right any problem you may have with your stay. If the problem cannot be resolved during you rental term. You should contact us in writing within 14 days of the booking and we will do our best to resolve this matter satisfactory.

Liability

We cannot be held liable to accept responsibility for death, bodily injury or illness in you contracted period
